Component 2 | The connector
With our connector Saniopen Belt we rely on a clear, clean design that sets accents. It is THE connecting design element between the foot pedal and the jack clamp. Due to the large color selection, you can choose the belt according to your personal preferences or according to your company colors.
Saniopen Belt consists of 2 belt parts that are connected with a plug fastener. At the connection points to the foot part and the latch clamp, stainless metal eyelets are used as bearings, which ensure a long service life. The belt itself consists of cross-woven polyester fabric with a thick, double-sided PVC coating (900 g / m²). Due to the cross-woven structure, the fabric material has a high tear and tear resistance. Saniopen Belt is dirt-repellent, UV and weather-resistant, which guarantees easy cleaning.
The plug closure consists of 2 components, which are pushed into each other laterally and securely snap in with a magnetic lock. The lock is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic (PA66GF15) and allows the two belt elements to be easily and securely fitted to the respective door. The front buckle part is printed with a silver Saniopen logo as standard.
